Introduction -
Pumpkin is a true rescue. She was brought into a shelter by someone claiming that she was found on the street. Pumpkin was underweight, not microchipped, not spayed and in poor condition missing most of her fur on half of her body. While at the shelter she was spayed and treated for a painful ear infection. She did great on her dog to dog test at the shelter. Despite her condition she is a friendly happy girl and a typical Lab who loves people. Now that she is with Lab Rescuers she is being treated for her skin infection with antibiotics and medicated baths. We are also investigating possible orthopedic issues. Please check back for updates once she goes to her foster home.
