Current Foster Update - Sunshine is certainly one of the easiest dogs we've fostered. She's a real sweetheart, housebroken, well-behaved, mild-mannered, easy to walk without pulling on leash. She stays off furniture, enjoys car rides, has no separation anxiety and no problems with other dogs. Although she is an older girl, she loves her daily walks and can easily handle up to two miles at a moderate pace. She has proven to be a trusted dog with full run of her foster home. Come meet this healthy easy-to-love girl! Foster Update - Sunshine is a delight! She has recovered from her surgeries. There are no downsides to her, she is gentle and loving. Sunshine especially loves her food! Introduction - Sunshine is a cute 55 lb Lab mix who was found as a stray and the shelter where she was taken reached out to ask if we could help her. As is common in many older Labs, she had some lumps removed and they were typical fatty tumors. Sunshine is looking forward to shedding the cone and having a nice bath before she goes to her foster next week. Please check back for updates as her foster gets to know her.
