Foster Update - We have only had Eleanor for a couple of days but wanted to share an update on what we are already learning about her. Eleanor is like most 9-week-old puppies. She plays and sleeps quite a bit. She is already doing better when spending time in her pen. She was crated for sleep last night with no whining. She is good with kids but does puppy nipping so the little humans aren't her biggest fans but she did fine with older kids. She wants to play more but the resident dog is not very playful. Eleanor keeps trying to convince her how fun she is. She loves to sit with her foster family but isn't always needing to be right next to us. Eleanor loves being outside and exploring all the things she isn't supposed to chew. She will take your shoes, towel, blanket, etc... She is doing ok with going to the bathroom outside and is working on doing better. She likes the toys, especially the rope/tugging toys. Loud noises are not her favorite thing and she sometimes barks at the offending item. Introduction - Chloe’s puppies were born on July 10th 2025. They are sweet and cuddle bugs. They like toys. They love to be held and snuggled. They are typical lab babies. Eat, pee, poop, play, and repeat. Like all puppies they need a committed family. One that will socialize, train, love and have patience with them.
