Welcome Thor and Loki! These two big and gorgeous chocolate boys are estimated to be around 6 years old. They were turned in as strays to the shelter. They came in together, look like brothers, and definitely seem bonded. Although they had microchips, no one responded or claimed them. Their loss and our gain!

Foster Update:This duo is just the funniest, goofiest, sweetest and most loveable pair of pups. The two of them are really inseparable. Where one goes, the other is right next to him and they're both pretty velcro to me as well. They are perfectly content in the house alone as long as they are together. I've taken them on a couple of walks individually, and the one left behind is pretty upset, barking and whimpering. They are house trained and well behaved! No accidents or destruction or anything.... just a lot of slobber. They cuddle with me, they cuddle together. They're just so dang cute.

They LOVE going on walks, but they are definitely not leash trained. No reactivity that's concerning or needs any real attention, mostly just them wanting to say hi to people and other dogs. They're big and strong, so if going on walks is the exercise of choice for their future family, they'll want to be strong enough to handle them in the beginning and devote a lot of time to leash training. A household with two or more people might be best so they can go on walks together, it's impossible to take the two of them on a walk together by yourself currently.

Thor is the social butterfly and Loki is the sweet couch potato. Thor gets really excited when people are around. No jumping, but he does get a little mouthy. Nothing that would hurt or injure an adult, but it might be too much for young kids. Thor is more dominant and seems to be in charge of the pair. He will mount Loki pretty regularly, and Loki really just lets him. Loki is so so sweet and lives for snuggles and pets. He's a big fan of my neighbors' dogs and follows them around the yard like their shadow. Overall they are very easy going pups and will make a great addition to a family ready to open their hearts and home to these two big boys.
